Welcome to Lean In Network Lagos
Lean In Network Lagos is a vibrant community of women and allies committed to empowering one another, growing together, and driving change — in our careers, communities, and beyond.
As part of the global LeanIn.Org, a global women’s empowerment NGO with a thriving branch in Lagos, Nigeria, we provide a space to connect, share stories, build skills, and lean in to leadership.
Through meetups, mentorship, and meaningful conversations, we champion equity, ambition, and the power of women supporting women. Whether you’re climbing the corporate ladder, building your business, or seeking personal growth — you belong here.
Our network includes 10 circles and counting of top professional women, entrepreneurs, and changemakers.
We are committed to creating opportunities for women and girls through mentorship, advocacy, education, and business support.
Our members drive impactful initiatives that uplift women, foster innovation, and break barriers as we believe in a world where every woman has the tools and support to succeed.
Our Mission
We help women achieve their ambitions and work to create an equal world.
Our Theory of Change
We empower women and girls to take the lead and pursue their dreams.
We advocate for better public policies and a more inclusive workplace, because to make lasting change, we need institutional change.
We run programs to combat bias, because changing the trajectory of women and girls means changing how we think.
