Lean In Girls
Overview
Lean In Girls is a leadership program fostering girls' leadership in a world that often undermines their potential. We aim to empower girls to be self-assured, resilient, and inclusive leaders, inspiring bold leadership. Lean In Girls offers a leadership curriculum for girls aged 11 to 15, addressing bias and allyship while nurturing leadership skills.
Through strength-building activities and open discussions, participants embrace their leadership potential and challenge stereotypes. We aim to remove obstacles hindering girls' leadership and encourage them to lead on their terms.
