The Lean In Girls Leadership Training Program was commended for taking this initiative and seeking to partner with an esteemed Ministry office to bring the Lean In Girls Leadership Program to life in Lagos State. With the increasing need to challenge narrow definitions of leadership often imposed on young girls, this program was timely and essential.
The Ministry recognized the importance of equipping young girls with the leadership skills necessary to thrive in a rapidly evolving world. This program aligned with our vision of empowering students to reach their full potential and become future leaders. The Ministry approved our request to host this impactful initiative in the following public secondary schools within Education District IV:
